About Our Terms

At PJS Consulting, our Terms and Conditions serve as a foundation for the relationship between our clients and our consultancy. They outline the responsibilities and expectations for both parties, ensuring a transparent and professional engagement. By clearly defining our service offerings, payment terms, and confidentiality protocols, we aim to build trust and foster a successful partnership. Service Fee

Recruitment: PJS Consulting charges a one-time percentage (%) fee of the candidate’s annual cost to company. (CTC). Consulting: PJS Consulting charges percentage (%) fee of the candidate’s charge per hour.

Letter of Engagement

Upon the appointment of a candidate, a formal Letter of Engagement will be provided to the client. This letter must be signed by both parties (PJS Consulting and the client) and will be effective from the candidate’s first day of employment, coinciding with the invoice date.

Guarantee Period

Recruitment:
We offer a 90-day guarantee period from the candidate’s start date. If the client is dissatisfied with the candidate during this time, PJS Consulting will provide a suitable replacement at no additional cost. The replacement candidate will also be subject to a 90-day probation period.
Consulting:
All services will be rendered by 30 day notice to the Consultant & PJS Consulting.

MIE Checks

Once a suitable candidate has been identified following the interview process, PJS Consulting will conduct MIE checks, which include criminal record checks and verification of educational backgrounds.

Probation Follow-Up

Recruitment:
PJS Consulting will follow up with the client to ensure that the candidate has a fair probationary period. This follow-up will occur during the first 90 calendar days from the candidate’s start date.

Payment Terms

Invoices are to be paid within 7 days of receipt.

Confidentiality

All information contained in the candidate’s CV is confidential and must not be shared or disclosed to any third parties. PJS Consulting will not be liable for any damages or loss of the applicant or client resulting from a breach of this confidentiality.

Candidate Screening

PJS Consulting conducts preliminary interviews with candidates before submitting their CVs to the client. Additionally, thorough reference checks will be performed.

Communication Protocol

All communication between the client and the candidate will be managed by PJS Consulting. Clients are not permitted to contact candidates directly during this process. All negotiations and discussions must be conducted through PJS Consulting until the candidate is officially appointed.
