Recruitment: PJS Consulting charges a one-time percentage (%) fee of the candidate\u2019s annual cost to company. (CTC). Consulting: PJS Consulting charges percentage (%) fee of the candidate\u2019s charge per hour.<\/p>\n

Upon the appointment of a candidate, a formal Letter of Engagement will be provided to the client. This letter must be signed by both parties (PJS Consulting and the client) and will be effective from the candidate’s first day of employment, coinciding with the invoice date.<\/p>\n

We offer a 90-day guarantee period from the candidate\u2019s start date. If the client is dissatisfied with the candidate during this time, PJS Consulting will provide a suitable replacement at no additional cost. The replacement candidate will also be subject to a 90-day probation period.

All services will be rendered by 30 day notice to the Consultant & PJS Consulting.<\/p>\n

PJS Consulting conducts preliminary interviews with candidates before submitting their CVs to the client. Additionally, thorough reference checks will be performed.<\/p>\n
